After working for 13 years in a multi-national company and achieving a measure of success in the management level, I felt that something was missing. The stresses of a constant struggle to achieve financial freedom, stability and security, the longing to participate in an entrepreneurial career and to be my own boss, a challenge to balance commitments of both the quantity and quality of time with family and personal growth and development resulted in a search for something different.
